- A deposit of $100 is required for all bookings to lock in an appointment – this is NO REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the total treatment price, payable on the appointment day.
- We do not offer payment plans.
- We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Electronic Transfer, AfterPay or Cash.
Cancellation Policy
- A 48 hours cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hrs FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULE. No exceptions.
Rescheduling/Late Policy/No show/children
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 24 hours in advance notice is mandatory.
- If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another $100 deposit to secure your appointment.
- Your touch-up is included in the price only if it’s done between 6-8 weeks, after that $100 will be charged, please consider Melissa is fully booked 4-6 weeks in advance most of the time.
- There is NO extra cost for your 6 weeks touch up, but if you fail to show or cancel your app with less than 48hrs a charge of $100 will occur to reschedule
- Any client that does NOT SHOW for a scheduled appointment, will have their credit card charged for 50% of your booked procedure.
- I’m a mum myself and I know sometimes is complicate to get them looked after, but please consider I will need full concentration to do my best on your face, so please try to take the time to yourself in this case. Thank you!
